During this week-long camp, students will rehearse various songs for performance, receive theory and sight-reading training, and have the opportunity to connect with other young singers through bonding activities and musical games. No experience is necessary!
Camp Schedule (July 7-11, 2025)
Youth Choir "Middles" (ages 8+) meets from 9:00am - 11:30pm daily
Youth Choir "Littles" (ages 5-7) meets from 9:00am - 10:00am daily
Both groups finish with a finale concert on Friday, July 11 at 5:00pm
Who is eligible to register?
Youth Choir "Middles" is open to ages 8+. Youth Choir "Littles" is for ages 5-7. No previous experience is necessary!
How do I register?
To register for Summer Youth Choir Camp please complete and submit the Summer Youth Choir Camp Registration to the Community School of Music and the Arts.
Tuition and Payment
Youth Choir "Middles" Tuition: $200 per student. Early Bird Tuition: $175 per student (registration and payment completed on or before June 1, 2025).
Youth Choir "Littles" Tuition: $75 per student. Early Bird Tuition: $50 per student (registration and payment completed on or before June 1, 2025).
Full payment is due upon registration.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be given after July 1, 2025. Refunds prior to this date may be issued at the sole discretion of the Community School of Music and the Arts.

The Summer Cello Workshop (SCW) began in 2017 as a collaborative effort led by Lucy Cahuantzi, while in her second year of graduate studies at University of Redlands. SCW is a comprehensive 6 day music program for young cellists. The schedule is filled with private lessons, monitored individual practice time, cello ensemble coaching sessions, cello orchestra rehearsals and daily performance classes. The week culminates with Masterclasses and a Cello Extravaganza Concert of student cello quartets and cello orchestra.
Camp dates and times
Summer Cello Workshop meets from 9:00am - 4:00pm daily with a finale concert. Participants will arrive at 10:00am for a dress rehearsal.
Who is eligible to register?
Students who have played the cello for a minimum of 1 year and are between the ages of 12-18 are encouraged to apply. Accomplished cellists over the age of 18 interested in interning with this program may contact Kyle Champion at kyle_champion@redlands.edu for more information.
How do I register?
In order to register for the Summer Cello Workshop, download, complete and submit the Summer Cello Workshop Registration to the Community School of Music and the Arts at csma@redlands.edu. Registration will close once all slots are filled.
All registrants must submit a placement video to cahuantzi.luz@gmail.com. These submissions will be used to group students by playing level. The video should include: any current solo piece and any 2 or 3 octave major scale. Informal cell phone video submissions are acceptable.
Tuition and Payment
Total Tuition: $485 per student.
Early Bird Registration: $475 per student (registration and payment completed by June 15, 2024).
Full payment is due upon registration.

The University of Redlands Piano Camp is a unique summer program encompassing a wide variety of study and exploratory experiences for Intermediate and Advanced Pianists, ages 10-18. Located on the beautiful University campus, the Camp provides a rich, stimulating, focused and fun environment. The goal is to enhance a student’s enjoyment of the piano and foster a deeper appreciation of music while working together with teachers and other students in a supportive community. Camp activities are oriented toward exploring the world of music through interactive classes, with opportunities for both solo and ensemble performance.
