Founders Hall
Learn all about the Founders Hall residential community.
California and Founders Halls are two buildings joined together by a common lobby and kitchen (equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator). Both are air-conditioned and centrally located on campus surrounded by beautiful greenery and near Colton Avenue. Founders houses female-identified students while both aim to provide students with ways to connect to the community and get involved. Founders Hall serves roughly 90 residents in a three-story building while providing a smoke free environment.
Details
Rooms have limited outlets so residents are encouraged to pack a power strip. Command or 3M strips are recommended for hanging items on the wall versus nails or tape. Other recommended items include extra long bedding, blankets, basic cleaning supplies, desk lamp, mini fridge, TV, shower supplies, hangars, and all basic essentials. Residents are encouraged to leave pets, electric scooters, microwaves, air conditioners, halogen lamps, cinder blocks, firearms, nails, tacks, and incense or candles at home.
