To select a practicum site that best aligns with your areas of interest and professional and personal goals, spend time exploring and researching the potential practicum sites’ websites to identify how their values, services, and programs differ. Approved practicum sites can include community mental health organizations, non-profit agencies, medical and psychiatric hospital settings, schools, or institutions.
Best practices and planning for practicum including requirements for the practicum site, site supervisor, and process for entering the field can be found on the Practicum page.
Active Partnership List
Please confirm there is an active Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the practicum site you are interested in by reviewing the active partnership list.
Visit the Active Partnership List >>
This list is fluid in the sense that new partner sites can be secured provided the organization meets the requirements as an approved site.
Requesting Partnership
If you are interested in an organization not currently partnered with the university, please notify the Office of Licensures and Credentialing (OLC@redlands.edu) via e-mail as soon as possible because new practicum partnerships require an MOU between the University of Redlands and the site. The contractual agreement process can take up to three months.
