Kristin Grammer is the Associate Director of International Student and Scholar Success in the Office of Global Education at the University of Redlands where she serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) and student success advisor. In addition to overseeing and assisting international students, Kristin plays a key role in developing initiatives that strengthen international student engagement, alumni connections, and cross-cultural programming. Her experience in higher education includes enrollment management, holistic advising, student success, retention, licensing, compliance, and launching new programs and partnerships. Utilizing a framework that integrates social-emotional, academic, and college/career development, Kristin has successfully supported diverse student populations, ensuring access, inclusion, and a sense of belonging. As someone who grew up in a military family, Kristin understands the transformative power of feeling at home in new environments. This third culture perspective has been pivotal in shaping her work and advocacy for inclusive, supportive spaces in higher education.
